We get so caught up doing our thing, that we forget to let our close ones know how huge they are in our lives and how much influence they have had in it. Some of you haven’t heard from me in a long time, you are in this email because I always keep you close in my heart.

You have touched my life in a very special way and I wanted to let you know about it.
We get so caught up doing our thing, that we forget to let our close ones know how huge they are in
our lives and how much influence they have had in it. Some of you haven’t heard from me in a long time, you are in this email because I always keep you close in my heart.
My Mom sent this 10 minute video to me 2 days ago. She was all excited and asked me to see it. I underestimated the importance it had for her, I thanked her and told her I didn’t have time at that moment and that I would watch it as soon as I could.
Yesterday, I had 15 min to kill between meetings and I watched it. As soon as I saw it, I pulled my team managers out of what they were doing and asked them to come to my office for a 15 min meeting. Most of them asked me: ‘could we reschedule? I’m working on something really important right now…’ and I said: ‘No, it is really important that you see this’.
So they did, and their reaction was the same as mine…
This is not something I would normally do… nor sending an email like this. In fact, this is the first time in my life that I have included all my friends and family in one email.
I had to share this with you… thank you Mami for sharing this with me…
For being such a fun Mom and for giving me such a great childhood.
I love you. - send by anonymous

Well i read what you said earlier and i decided that it’d be a good idea to watch this video. So when i finished the video i went to get my 9 year old niece and we just sat there watching the video. So at this moment i just really hope she knows how much that video can change her life. Thank you for informing me about this video.

Wow. You utterly wasted your teams time to watch that! Damn. I would’ve had to file a harassment complaint against you had attempted to have you fired for wasted company time and resources on personal matters.

wtf is wrong with ppl here this video is good
I dont see nothing that man did so far that is wrong.
And he made a quite good speach no pity no nothing just a mesage to his children.
So? what is wrong if someone calls his team to show them this nice speach?

the part where it turns out funny is how he share all the good things he have done and how good he his, and ends up by saying “if you live your life the right way, the karma will take care of itself”, and the guy is dieing of cancer. oh, the irony.
and btw: burn all the religious people.

I think what he means is to live without the feeling of regret. Your karma can’t prolong life and it surely can’t save a kid from starving. But to live a good life can be motivating by itself.

well in fact the karma thing implie that what you do in your current life will be repercuted in your next reincarnation. therefor if you do good things in your actual life, your next one will be a good one (that also implie that the guy must have been a serial killer or something like that in his previous life :))

yes, he must have been really bad. but we all live now and it’s not too late to change perspectives on life. especially if you are on the brink of death.

I found the fact that his father got the bronze star and never mentioned it quite funny. Besides that I didn’t take anything from this video. All I can say really is that I want my 10 minutes back from watching that lol.

wow.
it wasn’t easy for him to give that lecture was it?
makes you reflect upon life and personal goals.
thanks for sharing.
