- the annotations, links should be centered under the refering box.
- the brackets for thoughts can deleted on p009
- file naming format is wrong, it should be Eden_v17_###.jpg otherwise it will create troubles when you rerelease them as volume.
- “TR note:…” should be deleted. Just write the actual note. Most TL remarks are not necessary anyway since Eden has tons of organizational and technical references. If the tl note doesnt actual contribute to the story or understanding, leave it out.

has anyone read seizon-life yet? is it any good?
i dont have much time to actually read any new manga apart from new chapters to my reading list at the moment…im kinda losing my fire. i need a real good new series to read to reawaken my enthusiasm

read sanctuary or hikaro no go. recently i have reread bleach from 200-340. besides from Kube Tite’s tendency to break up stories just to add smaller parts of story pieces it was actually quote a good arc. Not as good as Soul City, but with Ichigo becoming Supersayajin in ch 340 which gave it final twist it needed, it was quite enjoyable to read. For new manga Seizon is a good trhiller. I enjoyed it quite a much and I bet it’s the exact series you want to be done by a speed scanlation group. But why is it that all speed scanlators (with exceptions) work on Naruto and Bleach? Is it because of the Furigana? Is it because they cant read Kanji? Probably, but it still let you wonder why so many ressources are focesd on two series alone, instead of distributing it more intelligently. If you haven’t already, you should Yokohama Shopping Trip. That’s quite the seinen you’ll expect, it has lots of glory battles, a very good ending and lots lots of gore in it. A very manly manga to read! Then there is also Lone Wolf & Cub and Hajime no Ippo, those manga you enjoy not for the art (they are quite old) but because of the many twists and damn good character development (alhtough I have to admit that I read HnI for the jokes alone and not for the fights :P) Go get it! There are tons of manga on manga undergrond you havent read, because you were lazy or the art drew you off.

iv already read sanctuary and everything you mentioned except yokohama shopping trip, which i will check out. i thought it was a slice of life manga…?
iv read bleach from the start before a couple of times.
groups stick to those series because they’r the most in demand arent they? and they can prob try make money from ads, links etc?
itd be nice if they all did series we know about which were dropped (bestia, blood alone etc) but they wanna stick to Naruto, One=Piece etc!
hajime no ippo is just not really my flavor either. plus its too long.
lone wolf and cub i also read long ago. twice.
i just think my days of enthusiasm and stayin up til stupid times at night reading volume after volume are over.
i still havent finished Manhole that i posted the end of the other day, and iv been meaning to re-read Eden from the start again too, but just cant seem to do it.
part of the reason i read manga is the art. i struggle to stomach a title with poor (imo) art even if the story is top notch

seems fine Teqq, i will look at it again some time soon and fix.
usually you state in your scripts when things shouldnt be changed in confusing instances like that. as often happens, things can be changed many ways, this is the challenge of scanlation?

Askeladd is a great character, great background, cunning, strong like hell but not over the top. But Canute will be King, thats history already… ;)

mono, as you seem to be seeking for some nice new/old titles to read, have you tried Cannon God EXaXXion (by the mangaka of Gunsmith Cats)or a very old series named Devil X Devil? Both are very much my favorites, except Cannon God hasn’t had any updates for a very long time. T-T
Team Medical Dragon and Ryuuroden are IMHO also worth checking out.

mono, I know what you mean. Fortunately for those of you living in the States, Cannon God EXaXXion’s been published over there as well, so if you’ll notice a sudden craving for it, you’ll always have the option to actually buy the volumes.. =)
