Oh, very nice! Thanks for those series, Bakune Young is priceless, a very entertaining read. Additionally – how nice I never thought I could be of much use to this Weblog, ever. But now I could actually post a Link to Benkei in New York.

Nijigahara is one of the more unforgettable mangas that I’ve read; never thought I’d see it here. Since I’m seeing some Asano Inio here, I think I’ll recommend Solanin ( http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=2833 ), another of his completed works.
I have Benkei too, but I think I’ll let Krummbart do the honours. It’s one of my absolute faves XD

hey ana – thanks for reccomendation – i’v checked that out before but never posted. maybe i’ll put up if i decide to read it.. which i probably will as my range is broadening recently
looking forward to Benkei then- dunno why i couldnt get it… i mustv been being lame that day :S
happy with Spore too! i wonder if we could get a few groups to release through us aswell as MangaUpdates, but give us a little head start!

Damn, i wasn’t aware the writer of Shigurui (Najou Norio) died in 2004. Did he finish the whole story before he passed away?

nanjo norio is the author of a book shigurui is based on i think…

Recently I discovered “Grimm’s manga” and grabbed it without a second thought, but it turned out to be romance/ shojo and so i dropped it ;) Are the fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm famous or at least known in other countries, too?

erm i can see some stats on the admin panel, but i think they reset every so often… the last post “stuff & updates” has about 4000 hits. this one 1000, but its only been on a day…
but i think we have gained a few extra readers recently. i have been plugging our site on jcafe and scanlation group’s sites.
and we have done some epic posts the last week or so :) thats encouraged people to comment.
who’s the new girl in UDDUP? maybe i should follow that again. but my list for reading is getting HUGE :P

There are a few new updates you might want to add – Drifters 02, a new chapter of BOTI and The World is Mine 100.
Also, I was thinking that maybe you’d like to add Evil Genius’ translations of Berserk 304 and Hiranomoe’s translation of Drifters 01 – as they’re both much better than the versions currently uploaded. Especially the Berserk chapter, Franky House made some really strange errors in their release.
And to the people talking about Nanjo Norio – yes the book was completed a LONG time ago, so we’re fine!
