I quite enjoyed “K no Souretsu”, the storyline sort of reminds me of “An inspector Calls” and I loved “Goth”; Loved the art and the character interaction.

Zashiki Onna is marvelous, good work! It’s the same author who did Dragon Head – which recently ended (in a very unsatisfying conclusion in my opinion.)

@Krummbart: actually i am reading Dragon Head right now,i am on volume 5 and i like it a lot so far,i did notice that most of the ones that have completed it say that the ending was disappointing,oh well,at least i am prepared.

@mono: studying for some exams, and more recently trying to redll my former manga collection, i see the site changed, and i can’t say it wasn’t for the best. BTW dose anyone have 2001 Nights?

I have a suggestion: Jiraishin. ? I seem to remember seeing some other works of Takahashi Tsutomu, like Skyhigh Karma and Sidooh.

I think, I actually do have the 2001 Nights manga. I might like to share it, if you guys told me how to do it properly?
To be honest I never could bring myself to read through it, even though I am certain that it is a great storyline.

It is just great. I mean, of many mangas we post, we use the word great, but this manga is “j.u.s.t. g.r.e.a.t.”, you understand?^^ I’d count it easily in my top 10, if not top 5 list. If you’re into scifi, that is.
Btw: there is also an anime for this, OVA, 1987, called “Space Fantasia 2001 Nights”.

ah, i never read that 2001 nights.. maybe i should. my “to read” folder is getting crammed with stuff though :S i need a few days off to catch up haha
also i can vouch for Jiraishin.. its good, i like Takahashi Tsutomu’s stuff a lot.

Takahashi Tsutomu is a favorite of mine,Jiraishin,Blue Heaven,Skyhigh,Alive,all great manga and i like his art style a lot.Actually the first manga i finished reading was one of his,it was Blue Heaven.
@CG:sure,send me an email with some instruction on that pic stuff,i do plan to make a new project and upload it here this week so that should help me.
btw if i would like to add a few more short manga on this page what should i do ?

just edit it and put the new stuff at the top, maybe change the feature picture, and change the “excerpt”
oh and finally leave a comment saying you’v updated… that usually is enough so readers know it has changed :)
the other thing we can do, is bump it up to the top of the list… but i dont know if you have that power…. you just change the “published date” to before the newest one… let me know if you want me to do it :)
great to have another keen author on the go Arch :)

heh, sorry for having to post twice, my hand slipped i just wanted to say something about Jiraishin, Takahashi Tsutomu is a great mangaka and if you like sf you must have already read Blame! and now guess who’s assistant Tsutomu Nihei was? [yes that's right, that's actually how i started reading Takahashi Tsutomu's works]

thanks mono,the only thing i still did not get the hang of is changing that feature pic but oh well i will learn that too,eventually :)
ok so i added another 4 new manga here,Smuggler is probably the most violent one from the ones i uploaded on this page but i would say it is quite a good manga with unique art,you eiter like the art or you don’t.

@CG: Apparently some of the links are dead. Only the first five, but I guess the same must go for all of them.
And yup, Jiraishin is definitely worth a read. Charismatic lone cop with expeditious methods and stuff, not particularly original material but definitely enjoyable.
