And indirect news on HotD with TriageX! Hm, so it is on a hiatus now, I really doubt he will pick it up again, as the plot can’t take so many directions. Most likely, they’d have all been killed soon, like in most zombie-movies. That manga was crap, but so crappy that I just wanted to know the outcome… meh, its over now.
Ah yeah, and has TWIM any story to tell or any ethic claims? I barely read a chapter because I don’t like the artwork, but everytime I do, I see disgusting things and crazy main characters. What is it about, besides doing disgusting things in japan? ^^

I really don’t know why HotD is so high rated,i mean i understand why it has many readers,thanks to the fanservice but i could never get past the 1st volume even though i am a fan of zombie movies and when it comes to manga there are not that many to choose from,i actually can’t remember another one right now…i think i am in the mood for a zombie movie :D

You’re right, seeing the stats at mangaupdates, HotD really is overrated! When I first read it, I afterwards cried about my lost time with this but then, one chapter at a time was ok, maybe like Gantz, nothing to greatly think about. And when you followed something that far, you wanna know the end ;)
Fanservice, yes, but that was more funny, like the characters in that moment totally knew that they’re doing fanservice. The characters where nicely drawn, though, only the background was badly patched-in photographs. Damn, enough words now for this manga!
Hm, other Zombie Mangas? Yes, please :)

well about say hello to black jack that the project hasn’t been picked up in 5 years since i did translate a chapter(c8) and it was released under ethic realisation scans but i stopped a while ago since my shifts at work changed!

@crazyankan: actually that is kinda what i do with most ongoing manga that i read,i prefer to have more than one chapter to read in one sitting,but usually i don’t feel disappointed after i finish reading :) and indeed,one really does not need that much time to read a batch of Gantz chapters,a few volumes of Gantz can transform into quite a quick read :D
