The vid is cool but the japanese are just stupid. It is THEIR culture thei are looking at and they have big eyes like you demonstrate a laser gun. It like I'd be astonished by a medieval tournament.
You can witness, how everyone has forgotten that there are not Katanas because there are some in mangas, but that it's the other way around. They think he performs miracles but its them who forgot all about it. They play Kill Bill music, the poorest rip-off of samurai-culture.

I have actually not read anything of Alita,to my surprise since from what i heard about this manga it would be something i would really enjoy reading.
OK. I started downloading it and since it is raining here maybe i will marathon some volumes,guess no more updates today from me :)

Finished BAA :)
i did not read 9 volumes in two days in a long long time.It was just as good as i expected,definitely the characters are the ones that make this manga so great,Alita's evolution throughout the manga is impressive,her character has a lot of depth and also the fights were very good too,never felt repetitive.Overall a great manga.
mono you should definitely read Alita too :D and i am sure that there will be more to add really soon,you'll find something,don't give up hope XD

Hm, Otoyomegatari ist very nice, but what is the story now? The "arc" of taking Amira back seems to be over already and now: Karluk is acting strange, hm, he is just a kid after all.
And Amira, what I first thought is her pure heart and her kindness, is she maybe only a bit naive? Like a maid-character with oriental clothing..? I hope the story developes because I like the setting…

And no, there is no N°02. It is not NUMBER, it is the volume the're in, and in Vol. 02 (of the new complete edition) simply was no extra story! :D (it took some time before we got that^^)

@mono: yes, good idea. I'd also say that 15 should be the absolute maximum, as it is already rather crowded then..
I also vote for more space between 2 mangas, like we did earlier. Two breaks, by typing a period (".") at the second break (otherwise the second break will auto-corrected=deleted. That way, the series are a bit more apart from each other.
And is it maybe possible to make the font bigger with a code? That would also improve the overview.

@tray: No, its all in an an order here, the new stuff always comes on top. Only if we post mangas which are connected to MU or an author here, we try to let it stay on top, like a sticky in a forum.
That would be crazyankans doing (Adolf, BAA), GWR's stuff and last but not least EDEN and Emma Bangaihen.

edit: btw i checked out the new Bleach ch. and it's mostly the vizards in action and some surprised faces and it ends again with a cliffhanger,i am a bit curious to see what will Aizen do.

about bleach – for those who have followed it intently, seeing the vizards all mask up and fight was very long awaited ;) but yeah, i know that the chapters are too short. and aizen will probably pull something ridiculous out the bag ! i think he probably has mask too
