Excellent mangas, very recommended. Hotel Harbour View, and others mentioned in comments. Chichi no Koyomi is also excellent although I think the one scanlated is only part of a full volume called "Le journal de mon pere"(my father's diary). Another great one is "L'Orme du Caucase", unfortunately a lot of these are available in french only through amazon, some don't even appear in Baka-updates.
