A scanlation group’s biggest asset are its members! But where can you find good editors and translators? Animejobber.com is a job database where you can advertise and recruit members for your translation project. It works together with Mangaupdates and Mangahelpers and jCafe to make the recruitment process as easy as possible. You want to start your own translation project and need a jp-en translator? With Animejobber it’s simple:
1. Click on “Post a new job”
2. Choose a catchy headline for your ad e.g. “Editor for a baseball manga”.
3. Introduce your group and add information related to the job e.g. series summary, maybe screenshots and what you expect from the new member.
3. Check your contact details and send it!
Everybody who is interested in joining your group can simply click on “Apply” and send you his contact details. It’s up to you to choose who you want to contact and hire!

this is the shit, nice silv… I know you want something like this for years, did you’re the one build it (ruby on rails’s thing a few years ago) ?
